"Not really worth it for me"
I don’t know, the membership just feels a bit too expensive for what I actually end up using. Like, maybe it’s great if you take full advantage of everything, but for me personally, I’m not really getting enough out of it to justify the cost.

"I’ve been using it for my courses and..."
I’ve been using it for my courses and it’s been fine. No real issues so far, which is kind of all I needed. It’s easy enough to use, and yeah, it just works when I need it to.

"Solid for CME, even if the site takes a little patience"
I’ve used ACP Online a few times for CME and to pick up some MOC points, and overall it’s been useful. The courses themselves are clear and easy enough to follow, which I appreciated when I was trying to squeeze them in between work and everything else. The only thing is the website can feel a little clunky at times, and I’ve had moments where I was clicking around longer than expected just trying to find what I needed. Still, once I got to the actual content, it was definitely helpful and worth using...

"I did find some useful information..."
I did find some useful information on the advocacy and policy pages, but it felt a little all over the place. I was looking for clear updates on issues that actually matter to physicians, and I kept having to click around to piece things together. Some of the links seemed more like general statements than practical, helpful info. Maybe I’m missing something, but it just wasn’t as easy to follow or as relevant as I expected.

"Quick help when I actually needed it"
I remember running into a small issue on acponline.org and figured I’d be waiting around for a while after sending a message.

From what I recall, they replied faster than I expected and didn’t make the whole thing feel complicated. The person seemed to understand what I meant right away and got it sorted without a bunch of back and forth.

Looking back, it was just solid support at the right time. They responded, helped, and made it easy, so I’d give them 5 stars

"Pretty useful, just a little pricey for me"
It worked fine for what I needed, so I can’t really complain too much. Maybe I’m just trying to be careful with my budget right now, but the prices felt a bit high for what I was using it for. Not bad overall, just not the most affordable option for me.

"Honestly, this was way more helpful than I expected"
I’m not even exaggerating, this learning material was a lifesaver. Everything was explained so clearly that I kept thinking, “Where has this been my whole life?” Super easy to follow and actually useful without making my brain feel like it was melting

"Actually helpful when I’m already swamped"
I’m worn out from all the tools and services we’re expected to use these days, but these guidelines have been useful. They make it easier to think through clinic decisions without adding more hassle.

"Decent conference, but maybe I was expecting the site to be smoother"
I used acponline.org to register for a conference and keep track of the schedule. Everything did work eventually, and I got my confirmation email, so maybe I’m being a little picky, but the site felt kind of awkward on my phone.

Trying to find sessions or make small changes took more clicks than I expected. A few pages were also slow to load during the event days, though I kept wondering if that was just my connection or if the site was actually struggling.

The conference itself was decent, and the information was useful. I just wish the online part had been easier to use and a little less confusing, unless I somehow missed the obvious way to navigate it.

"Membership perks were surprisingly easy to figure out"
I went on acponline.org expecting the usual treasure hunt to figure out what membership actually includes, because apparently that’s a hobby now. But the benefits were laid out clearly, and I didn’t have to open 47 tabs or decode anything.

Some of the pages look a little plain, sure, but in a shocking turn of events, that made them easier to use. The info was simple, the layout didn’t get in the way, and I got my answers fast.

"Finding what I needed was a hassle"
The site does have helpful info, but getting to it felt like way too much work. Pages were slow at times, and I had to click through so many steps just to find member information. It got frustrating quickly.

"I mostly use acponline.org to get to journal..."
I mostly use acponline.org to get to journal articles and publication access, and the content itself has been good. Most of the time I can find what I’m looking for without a huge hassle, so it definitely does the job.
That said, fair warning if you’re trying to dig up older articles or do more specific searches: the site can feel slow and a little confusing. It’s still worth using, but don’t be surprised if it takes a bit of patience...

"Pretty solid for meeting other pros"
I joined American College of Physicians mainly to connect with other professionals, it’s been useful so far. I’ve found a few people in my field, and the groups/events give you an easy reason to actually start a conversation instead of just awkwardly lurking.

Some areas aren’t super active all the time, so you kind of have to check in now and then. But then suddenly it’s like, wait, this is actually helping me meet the right people. Overall, I’d say it’s worth trying out. 4 stars from me.

"Renewal billing was a bit of a hassle"
I had a frustrating time with the renewal billing on American College of Physicians. I thought I had turned off the renewal, but the charge still went through, and it wasn’t super obvious what had happened or where to double-check it.
Getting it sorted out took longer than I expected, mostly because the replies were a little slow and I had to repeat myself a couple times. The site itself is fine overall and I’ve had decent experiences otherwise, but the renewal setup could definitely be clearer.

"Good for a quick basics review, but don’t rely on it alone"
It’s okay if you just need to go over the basics, but I wouldn’t make it your main study resource. A lot of the questions felt outdated, and there just weren’t enough of them to feel fully prepared. If you’re using it, I’d suggest pairing it with a more current practice set or another resource people in your study group recommend.
